Yes, it is as creamy as it sounds, but N’iceCream is not creamy because of the very little cream that is added to the product, it’s creamy because we make it fresh every single morning. That’s right, No matter when you get a scoop at any of the N’iceCream scoop shops, you know that the product is never more than 12 hours old.
Our gelato is made from the best milk and cream we can find, sourced from a local californian dairy farm. Our sorbet is water based, e.g. dairy free and for the most parts also fat free.
N’iceCream is lighter on fat and sugar than most other Gelato products out there, and only about 1/3 the fat compared to premium ice-cream.
